Equipment: Bodyweight, Dumbbells or substitute with your own weights you can hold safely.
For best results , do this activity 2 days per week with me and gradually and safely you will grow your new look and feel the benefits of being strong up top! .
This upper body workout will help build arms, shoulders, chest and back development and strength.
It requires only a set of dumbbells or substitute with water bottles or cans of beans.
Always remember , you don't have to be great at it to start but you do have to start to be great !
