This 20 min blast will fire up your abdominals and your glutes, giving you a nice firm booty and tum too. Providing you are fuelling your body with the right foods, it's the calorie burn that's going to strip the excess leaving you trim and strong in your lower torso.

Note: Fat won't convert to muscle as muscle won't convert to fat either. They are separate qualities so we can't make an overweight body slim by exercise alone. We need to be feeding it with the right foods too. 

Be prepared for a Hiit style burst as it is only a short session, you'll give more, push hard and reap the rewards.
