Low Intensity Interval Training (LiiT) is a great way to begin your fitness journey. Gently we can maintain and improve our mobility and strength with a steady paced workout. It is challenging for all levels of fitness too. A full body workout with fab beats and rhythms to boot.
Don't underestimate the calorie burn either especially if you are new to the workouts. We can burn up to 30% more calories in a 30 minute LiiT class compared to a conventional 1 hour class because we have a minimal recovery period between moves.
