Community

We always respect others in our class and maintain a responsibility to look out for each other.  To report to me personally any concerns within the group where a vulnerable person may be at risk of anything untoward and I will ensure complete anonymity of both parties and investigate properly.

Paying for classes 

For online classes you will need to register your card details. Payments will appear on your statement as "Sally"

For "In Person" classes, you can pay on the day with either cash or card. Booking for In Person classes is a free service set up to assist Track and Trace. Your email receipt will show £0 when you book.

Booking Classes

Booking and paying for your class is all done using the Clubright App. You will receive a receipt and a confirmation email from VariFit and then a reminder email 24 hours before. If your class is online then the reminder email will contain the Zoom link for your class. The link will also show up on your member area page of your Clubright App under "Upcoming Bookings" which you can also cancel right there.

On Line at Home

Please make sure you are present in sufficient time for the class to begin. If you do not attend then a recording will be sent to you for you to complete within 24 hours at your convenience.

In Person Classes

Please make sure you are present in sufficient time for the class to begin. If you the need arises, you can cancel your class in your member area under "Upcoming Bookings". If you do not cancel and do not attend then you may still be asked to pay. 

Cancellation information (worth knowing)  When a class is fully booked, anyone else wanting to join will be put on a waiting list. Simply by you cancelling, an email is sent to all the members on the waiting list alerting them of an available space. This gives everyone an equal chance to book that place. Please be considerate to that waiting list and cancel under "Upcoming Bookings" in your member area page. Your class will be shown on your front screen and a green box will say "Cancel" 

Membership Plans

Although the membership plans are contractually set, members will be able to request a freeze to payments in times of need.

Freezing will end that membership and a new one will need to be set when you are ready to begin again. 
Please also be aware that if a member chooses to set the membership to freeze LESS than 4 working days from when the membership payment is due to be made, the payment will still be taken because GoCardless operates on a 4-working-day notice when requesting payments.
For example, if a member wishes to freeze their membership payment from the 1st of August but their membership fee is due to be taken on the 3rd of August, that payment will still be taken because not enough notice has been given. 
Frozen memberships will still expire as the contract runs down, however, payments will not be requested.
